FEATURES
- Enables independent adjustment of each valve gate nozzle
- The operating mode of each control output is configurable.
- Operating mode 1 - solenoid valve control
- Opening and closing of the valve pin at maximum speed
- Control of up to 3 switching cycles (open/close) per cycle
- Path-dependent or time-dependent switching cycles
- Operating mode 2 - proportional valve control
- Opening and closing the pin using a multi-stage profile. Pin movement at reduced speed or holding the pin
- With path-dependent control, the dosing signal is detected via external displacement sensor or analogue signal from the injection moulding machine
VARIANTS
The housing is identical to the profiTEMP+ hot runner controller and allows a large number of variants:
- As valve gate nozzle control unit – up to 32 control circuits in desktop housing
- As a combination unit together with the profiTEMP+ temperature controller in one housing with a single operating panel
DISPLAY/OPERATION
- Brilliant 7" touch screen with several language options
- Intuitive device operation like the already familiar profiTEMP+ hot runner controller, with gesture based controls similar to smartphones
- A sufficient number of switching cycles/profile files can be saved for different moulds
- Detailed information and status display of the process, particularly the pin position; additional information about cycle counter, cycle time,....
- Monitoring of process parameters and alarm outputs
Design
- Space-saving and service-friendly design, equivalent to the design of the profiTEMP+ hot runner
- Compact, robust metal housing ensures a long service life.
Optional
- Input temperature sensor and pressure sensor for the time adjustment of the switching cycles to the process
